“Bittersweet and Other Dances” at the Cleo Parker Robinson Theater on January 27 at 7:30 and January 28 at 4:00. The program will include the premiere of “Bittersweet”, a dance for seven set to a charming score based on delicate Appalachian folk music. We’ll also be repeating “Disquiet” – which premiered in 2023. “Only”(1998) ,an abridged version of “Uncharted” (2003) ,as well as “Calling”, (which premiered in 1997) and “Time Is Going to Bring Your Spring”, (from 2002) will also be on the program.
